MCM hygrometers are designed to be easy to use, with minimum spares requirement and customer intervention. Calibrations, traceable to National Standards, are performed in our laboratory in the UK to ISO 6145-8 using direct moisture injections – no extrapolations or calibration gases are used.
The most demanding applications can be satisfied with ISO17025 calibrations, certified with mass traceability to 10 ppbV [±2 ppbV]. For some clients, both UK and overseas, we are also able to provide local servicing and / or on-site revalidation.
We offer comprehensive service contracts to provide clients with regular recalibrations, thus ensuring traceability of data and compliance with ISO directives.
Our competitively priced packages include extended warranty cover, priority instrument turnaround and can include rotational spares for minimum analytical downtime.
